Production Operator

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain equipment in our hemp processing facility, ensure production targets are met, and uphold strict quality and safety standards.

This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Operate HempTrain equipment and other production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain production equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and
    maintenance as required.
    Inspect raw hemp and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, safety, and quality.
  • Assist with cleaning, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or mechanical training is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred.
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
  • Mechanical skills and aptitude are an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible with work schedules.
